How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping is free above 100 US$ purchase value. You will see the shipping rate after entering your details.

What are the shipping times?

United States: max 5 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 5–7 business days
Other available countries: max 25 business days

For a greener environment, items are produced to order. This way, we only produce what's needed and keep wastage to a minimum.

Please note that we rely on 3rd party shipping companies that are responsible for the timely delivery after goods leave our warehouses.

Can I exchange / return my products?

We're confident that you'll be happy with the quality of your products! If you're still not satisfied with any item that you ordered from us, we're happy to offer 1 free exchange of the same product category, or a refund.

In any such case please contact us at hello@talkpeng.com within 14 days after receiving the product. For more information please refer to our terms.

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, which means we may not be able to change or stop an order once production has started.

However, this does not affect your statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you cancel within this period, you must return the items to us, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
