How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping is free above 100 US$. You will see the shipping rate after entering your details. 

What are the shipping times?
United States: max 5 business days
Middle East / Asia: max 20 business days 

For a greener environment, items are produced to order. This way, we only produce what's needed and keep wastage to a minimum.

Please note that we rely on 3rd party shipping companies that are responsible for the timely delivery after goods leave our warehouses.

Can I exchange / return my products?
We're confident that you'll be happy with the quality of your TalkPeng products! If you're still not satisfied with any item that you ordered from us, we're happy to offer 1 free exchange of the same product category, or a refund. In any such case please contact us at hello@talkpeng.com within 30 days after receiving the product. For more information please refer to our terms.

Wait, I changed my mind! Can I still cancel or adjust?
We produce to order and once an order is in production, we won't be able to cancel it anymore. Please be certain that you'd like to order with us BEFORE you place an order on our site.
