Right to Cancel / Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at hello@talkpeng.com within this 14-day period.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must:

not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as permitted by law
be in their original condition
be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are borne by the customer.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In such cases, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
